Mystery shopping for the age of AI agents

Your store is ready for people.
Is it ready for their AI agents?

Customers are starting to send AI agents to shop for them. Those agents read your site differently than people do, and right now most stores fail them silently. We find out how yours does, and we show you the receipts.

What we do

We run AI agents through your real customer journeys, the way a mystery shopper walks a store. Then we hand you a report on where they got stuck, what product data was missing or wrong, which agent-facing tools you do not have yet, and what it all means for conversion.

1

We shop like an agent

We point real AI shopping agents at your store and run the journeys your customers are starting to delegate: find a product, pick a variant, buy it, book it, request a quote.

2

We document every failure

Every dead end gets a screenshot and a cause: marketing overlays that block agents, variant pickers they cannot read, carts that lose state, product data that is missing or wrong.

3

You get a report you can act on

A clear page per journey: what we did, what happened, what it costs you in plain business terms, and the specific fix for each failure. Your team can start the same day.

What we find

Real findings from recent agent-readiness audits, anonymized. Every one of these was invisible to the store's human QA.

01

The cart that dies before checkout

A national apparel retailer. Our agent searched, picked a size, and added two items to the bag. The header counted them. The checkout page said the bag was empty and the item was sold out. For an automated shopper, that store does not exist.

02

The subscription nobody asked for

A beauty brand. The agent reached payment in minutes, but 'Subscribe & Save' was pre-selected by default. One blind click on Add to Bag signs the customer up for recurring charges every five weeks. Agents click defaults. That is the point of them.

03

The search box that answers nobody

A global fashion retailer. The search field accepts keystrokes and returns nothing unless you already know the product URL. An agent that cannot find the product cannot buy it. The same site silently rerouted a US shopper to the UK store, prices in pounds.

The pattern repeats across industries: marketing overlays that block agents, variant pickers agents cannot read, cart state that dies before checkout, and no agent-facing checkout API anywhere. The stores that fix this first take the agent channel.

Weekly Agent QA

One audit tells you where you stand today. A weekly report tells you every time a release, a campaign overlay, or a new third-party script breaks the agent journey again. We re-run your key journeys every week and send you a short report: what changed, what broke, what to fix first.

  • Same journeys, re-tested weekly
  • Screenshot evidence for every failure
  • Plain-language fixes your developers can ship
